Children and Youth Fund Task Force Meeting

Council President Young will convene the third meeting of the Children and Youth Fund Task Force.
The task force is charged with providing policy recommendations to the City Council concerning Council President Young's historic Children and Youth Fund, which dedicates a portion of the city's budget to programs and services related to Baltimore's youth.
